These terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“you” or “your”) access to and use of the WonderWords.com.au web site (the “Website”) and all services provided by Wonder Words via the Website including without limitation our annual membership (collectively, the “Services”).
Wonder Words provides a subscription service for an annual online membership, that is catered for parents, teachers and school. The service allows you access to downloadable and viewable content (the “Content”). Access to the Website, use of the Services, and purchase of the Products and/or Services is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
By using our Website or subscribing to our Services, you indicate your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they may have changed since your last visit.
Scope of Service
Wonder Words maintains this Website as a service to the users that visit the Website and partake in our Services, they’re subject to these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary equipment and Internet service necessary to access our Website and for paying any fees for the equipment and service you select. We may alter, suspend, or discontinue this Website or the Services in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without notice. The Website may also periodically become unavailable due to maintenance or malfunction of computer equipment or for other reasons.
Registration and Membership;
In order to start your ongoing Wonder Words subscription, you must register as a member on our Website. To register, you can simply provide personal information, such as your first name, last name, a valid email address and password to create your account. You will also need to provide payment information, even as a part of our 7-Day free trial. All information that you provide to Wonder Words, including your credit card information, is subject to Wonder Words’ Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date through the account page on the Website.
Your membership will continue year-to-year until terminated. Even our monthly members are required to serve a 12-month membership term. To use Wonder Words you will require a current, valid method of payment, which you can update from time to time (“Payment Method”). Unless you actively cancel your membership before your annual billing date, you hereby authorise us to charge your next year’s membership fee. You can cancel your membership via your account at any time.
The Wonder Words service and any content viewed, used or downloaded through the service are for your personal and non-commercial use only. While your membership is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our service and/or content. Except for the foregoing limited license, no right, title or int reset shall be transferred to you.
As a registered user of Wonder Words, you agree to receive emails promoting any special offer(s), including third party offers. We may from time to time send you our monthly newsletter or promotional emails. You may opt-out from receiving special promotions or our newsletter by emailing [email protected] or selecting to unsubscribe as may be provided in the applicable e-mail correspondence.
Membership Access
The access to the service is determined by the membership level you (the “Account Holder”) had chosen when you registered.
Parent/Teacher: You agree that you, will not share your account access or the content available on the website. If you are found or suspected to be sharing your account, we reserve the right to suspend/cancel your membership without, notice or compensation for the remainder of your membership. You membership access also limits you to 1 person/device only.
Billing and Payments
The price of the Services and/or goods is payable in after your trial and before access to the service. We accept the following payment methods at this time: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. You will automatically be charged each year/month for your ongoing subscription. All memberships on Wonder Words require a minimum term of 12-months. Some memberships offer simple monthly payments of a annual price. Further, unless you cancel your subscription or membership prior to the end of your then-current subscription period, at the end of that period, your subscription will automatically be renewed for an additional subscription period of the same amount of time. We use a third party payment service in lieu of directly processing your credit card information. By submitting your credit card information, you grant Wonder Words the right to store and process your information with the third party payment service, which it may change from time to time; you agree that Wonder Words will not be responsible for any failures of the third party to adequately protect such information. All financial matters regarding your information are subject to the conditions of the third party payment service provider’s terms of service; the current version of which is attached as a link at https://stripe.com/au/checkout/legal and PayPal. You acknowledge that we may change the third party payment service and move your information to other service providers that encrypt your information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) or other comparable security technology.
Membership Cancellations
You may cancel your ongoing membership via email or your account page at any time. Memberships must be cancelled prior to the end of your subscription date, if cancellations are sent via email, they can take up to 48 hours to process. If you cancel your membership, your account will remain active and automatically close at the end of your current subscription date.
Your subscription is continuous until cancelled and, if you cancel your membership after the renew date of the current subscription period then you will be charged for the remainder of that subscription period. All cancellations will be applied to the next subscription period, not the current.
We may terminate your membership, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or our policies, is harmful our business interests, or for an inactive account.
Refunds
Wonder Words will accept all refunds which are in line with rights under consumer law. This does not apply for an accidental purchases or change of mind.
Copyright Content
Unless otherwise noted, all Content contained on this Website is the property of Wonder Words Pty Ltd and/or its affiliates or licensors and is protected from unauthorised copying and dissemination by Australian copyright law, trademark law, international conventions and other intellectual property laws.
We do not claim ownership of Content submitted by users without compensation by Wonder Words and with the expectation that such Content will be made publicly accessible through our Website. By submitting such Content, you agree to the terms outlined in the Submitted Content clause.

Free Trial
As a part of our service, we offer a ‘7-Day Free Trial’, which may be the start of your Wonder Words membership. Your free trial will last 7 days from the date you registered and is restricted to new members only. We reserve the right to revoke, cancel or put your account on hold in the event that we determine that you have violated any of the terms outlined within terms and conditions.
After the trial period, and if your account has not been cancelled, we will charge your Payment Method for your annual membership fee. To view the annual membership price and the end date of your trial, please view the subscription tab under your account page.
You can cancel your free trial at any time before the end date and not be charged.
Limitation of Liability
